Japanese Chef De Cuisine
Kenji Shindo, Japanese Chef De Cuisine of KiSara Japanese Restaurant, joined the restaurant in July 2012, bringing over 24 years of culinary experience. He is an essential part of the KiSara team by creating the restaurant’s menu and concept.
With a stellar career beginning in 1990, Chef Kenji has worked as both chef and chef instructor in Japan, as well as in numerous 5-star hotels in Spain, Taiwan, and Thailand.
Chef Masami joined KiSara in December 2013 with over 20 years of culinary experience. With her extraordinary talent, she was the very first authentic female Japanese chef in Hong Kong and Thailand with her specialist in Teppanyaki cuisine.
Suwannee Buangam (Ink)
Suwannee or Ink has worked in luxury hotel Japanese restaurants since 1995, serving distinguished customers with extensive experience in the restaurant and hotel industries.
